Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy for patient with tortuous anomalous right hepatic artery.

The challenge in this case is the long anomalous right hepatic artery. The surgeon had to carve out the artery from the pancreas ensuring adequate oncological margins yet preserving the hepatic artery. It was done with a combination of traction with a vessel loop and the use of an energy device.
